About this course
Mt. Airy Forest is Cincinnati's pro-caliber original — a course with mature trees, distinct fairways, and thick rough that hosted the 1995 Am Worlds and the 1998 Pro Worlds. What began as 9 holes in 1993 evolved into the 18-hole test that local players still measure themselves against.
Free to play with concrete tees and DGA baskets, it plays 6,026 feet at par 56 from the red tees, with three more tee sets stretching past 8,000 feet. The elevation changes are constant and the rough is genuinely punishing.
The blue tees are the most-played loop at 7,141 feet and par 58 — bring your whole bag and your patience.
Hole 17 is the longest at Mt. Airy at 510 feet — a par 4 that climbs through the forest with the thick rough waiting on both sides. It's the hole that has been beating Cincinnati players since the course hosted the 1995 Am Worlds and 1998 Pro Worlds, and it still decides rounds today.
