About this course
T.C. Jester is Houston's big-friendly 21-hole course — quite a few distance holes with a mix of routes across 6,474 feet at par 63 from the short tees, and a blue-tee layout stretching past 8,300 feet for the big arms. It's been a city favorite since 1997.
Free to play with concrete tees and Dynamic Veteran baskets, it's very cart friendly with restrooms on site. The mix of routes keeps the distance holes from feeling repetitive — you'll throw everything in the bag.
A proper Houston institution: long, open, and welcoming to every level.
Hole 8 is the longest at TC Jester at 418 feet — a par 3 that gives the open course its one big moment. It's the hole where the distance-holes theme of the layout comes into focus, and the one where a well-thrown driver feels like a victory.
